The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective 1 June 2014, a local government fee of MYR 2 per room per night will be imposed. This is payable directly to the hotel upon check in.
For reservations of more than 3 rooms, guests are required by the property to pay 100% of the first night for each room upon making a booking.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Very clean and quiet hotel. There is a mosque and a lively bar next to it. But it kept me from feeling some of the noise!

The location is really good, except that very close to the bars. . If you need to go to sleep at 10:00pm, this is not a good choice.

The location in the city of George Town was nearby to lots of night market stalls and vibrant night life. It was very easy to order grab rides to and from the accommodation. Lots of delicious eats within walking distance. Very well air conditioned. Staff were super friendly and accommodating.
